What this site collects. The contact form on this site collects the name, email address, organisation, enquiry type, and message that you choose to submit. Nothing else on this site asks you for personal information.

How it is used. Submissions are used to respond to your enquiry. They are not sold, and they are not used for advertising.

Third parties. This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts and a scrolling library from a public CDN. Those providers may record your IP address as part of serving those files. The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies.

Your choices. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it removed, contact us using the details on the contact page.

Still to be completed before launch: the governing jurisdiction, the legal entity name and registered address, data retention periods, and any obligations that apply where ESEF operates — including requirements that may attach to collegiate athlete and NIL-related information.
